The Possibility of Outpatient
One of the most traumatic things a person can go through is open heart surgery. My mission is to help people understand that there could be options.
Heart surgery, among being traumatic, is also very very expensive. My company, Advanced Bifurcation Systems, created a device, that for many, is an outpatient procedure.
Our company has received patents and we have applied for FDA approval. We need to make sure people understand that there could be options. Open Heart surgery may not be needed.

Picked Up by Accesswire
Getting the word out about the good things your company is doing can be especially hard. We had a press release that got pick up for an Accesswire press article.
This is a good sign that we have had some engagement in our words. Check out This Accesswire article here. Article has highlights of what my company has in the works.
I have been in the corporate sector for decades now. My company now is one that I am extremely proud of and continue to look for ways to evolve. I very much want to continue to strive making progress.
Press Article for Heart Disease
People need to understand that there could be another way then open heart surgery. This extremely invasive way to deal with blockage of the heart has a very long recovery and a hefty hospital bill.
Our new technology has saved many people from this type of event in their lives. I know that if we can get the word out on this device then our family and friends will live longer in our lives. This procedure is an outpatient procedure which also alleviates a very large portion of the hospital bill.

LA times article Trump California Border
I am always amazed at this conversation or debate, the wall is still a heated topic. For the life of me, I can’t figure out why this can’t be resolved. I am guessing it is that our friends in Washington just want to use immigration for their own political agenda, otherwise, why can’t we fix this issue.
According to reports there are 11 million people living in the United States. I am sure, 98 percent of these people are hardworking, family people whom have values and do nothing criminally or don’t have any criminal record.
The Wall is Not The Answer
Why is it so difficult to make this people legal citizens of the United States. Put a program in place that maybe gives them 3 years to become a citizen and if they don’t do that, they get deported back to their original country. Children who were born here and know no other country make legal citizens immediately.
Common sense can easily resolve this crazy situation and take the talking points away from cable TV. I don’t believe we need walls we just need a common sense approach and resolve this issue.
Trump made a visit to the border and I am responding to this article found here from the Los Angeles Times.
Student Walk Outs
Student walk outs is not the answer to resolve the gun issue. When Trump was elected he spoke about the Washington lobbyists. He said that was a cancer he was going to stop the flow of money to congress people and Senators. That should have happened, but of course never did.
The NRA is fine but they should be prohibited from giving money to political figures. There are many different laws that could be passed to solve the gun issue but as always, the money talks.
We need guns off the streets, we need the film industry to stop making movies that show guns killing people left and right and we need parents, single or married, to have family values with their children.
Asia is a Strategically Important Market for ABS
There have been quite a few exciting new developments at ABS in the last few months. I recently traveled to China to promote our new technology with investors and potential strategic partners. We know that the Asian Market is a great business partnership. The reception was overwhelmingly positive and I look forward to returning in the near future.
Our plans for Asia were recently announced in a press release. In turn, discussed our decision to embark on a new fundraising initiative to raise an additional $20 million.
We believe our stenting technology can reduce the need for open-heart surgery and save many lives. Clinical trials are expensive to conduct though and that’s why we’re targeting these additional funds.
Our Technology is Unique
The way the ABS system works is unique. Our procedure uses a dual catheter system to simultaneously place stents in both the mother and daughter arteries of a bifurcation lesion.
The goal is to simplify a complex procedure and reduce the amount of errors that occur during surgeries. Using current technology, it’s not uncommon for surgeons to have to replace stents within a few months. We want to eliminate that requirement.
Seeing A Need in the Asian Market
Why the focus on China and Asia in general? Unfortunately, this region has experienced a major increase in incidents of cardiac related illness in the last couple of decades. It seems to be getting worse. It’s a market that needs innovative companies like ABS to reverse the trend.
It isn’t just China though. Heart disease is on the rise in other major countries such as India and Japan as well. Part of this is because of greater integration with global markets.
Fast-food chains are quite common in this region of the world now as consumers have more disposable income. They’re also leading more sedentary lives as their affluence is allowing for more leisure time.
While efforts are being made to change lifestyles and improve diets, new and innovative medical procedures must be part of the solution as well.
Our expansion into Asia is an important phase in ABS’s development. We’re excited about the prospects and we’re looking forward to developing new partnerships there. The goal is to make sure we’re ready for production in major Asian markets once final regulatory approval has been achieved.
LAX Passenger Traffic Up Nearly 4% in January
We often see traffic growth as a sign of increased congestion and a diminishment of the quality of life in urban centers.
I recently returned from China, a country has has seen explosive growth on a scale never seen in the United States.
On a very significant degree, China has embraced this growth. In turn, the development of its infrastructure development keeps pace with economic growth, with very few exceptions.
America needs to invest heavily in infrastructure, to provide the foundation for sustained and beneficial economic growth.

Responsibility is Across the Board
In the wake of the Parkland devastation, the Newport-Mesa School District says its school safety methods have it prepared to do what needs to be done.
It is commendable that schools and their boards across the country are being proactive. They are establishing methods and procedures to protect our children and school teachers against society’s most evil people.
The responsibility to protect our schools is a shared responsibility. The often-missed “front line” of this responsibility are the parents.
Parents need to pro-actively communicate with their children, and seek appropriate help when trouble signs appear. Mental illness must be viewed with the same seriousness as physical illness.
We readily seek professional help for a child when he or she is physical ill. That same mantra must apply when our child is seemingly mentally ill, as well.

Visits by Federal Immigration Authorities are Spooking California Businesses and Workers
Federal Immigration Authorities are popping up at businesses where they have suspicion that laws are not being followed. Businesses need to abide by all laws, not just laws that they selectively chose to follow, while ignoring others.
All businesses must follow the same set of rules and those rules must be enforced. By doing so, legislatures can amend existing rules to accommodate changing immigration patterns and societal norms. This is for the equal and fair benefit of all, namely, businesses, employees and, most importantly, the country.
